Yoga Therapy Sequence to Balance the Nervous System

I have recently attended a little yoga therapy course where this 5 minute restorative session was practice, which is very relaxing as it plays with our breath, concentration and coordination, definitely taking our minds away from whatever is stressing us. As it is a very short practice, once memorized it could be quickly practice anywhere, anytime, as long as you find a place where you can lay down 🙂
